This store has always been 1 of my favorites & it's been a pleasure to do plenty of past events while I managed YOLO & Vibe for past 8 years. Even though you were 1 of our preferred vendors, your customer service is HORRENDOUS. This is not based off of a 1 time experience either.. The employees currently have no idea what customer service means. I absolutely loved each outfit I've found here and left to buy it somewhere else bc it's not worth it to buy it from you.
