They made sure every single question I had was answered. The doctor went over every remark I put on the intake history. She is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. In fact the doctor's cell number is given to patients to call for any urgent problems. I have NEVER had a doctor do that . It's wonderful. Dr. Schmidt made sure every single question I had was answered, and she is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Her staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Additionally, although she is a great fertility specialist, her expertise as an OB/GYN has kept our mom who is 81, has uterine prolapse, and Alzheimer's disease from needing a hysterectomy. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

I was a new patient of Lila Schmidt, MD. I came to her office in March for an OBGYN checkup. I was told by her office staff that my insurance would not cover my visit with them, so I was about to leave because I was planning on getting new insurance soon anyway. The office staff persuaded me to stay and proceeded to tell me that it would be beneficial for me to stay and pay up front because there was no guarantee an insurance would cover an OBGYN visit and I would need to pay extra fees for new insurance anyway.
