I can't say enough about this place... Not only is their food the BEST Thai food that I have ever had, but the way it's made and the ingredients used are above and beyond any food you can find in Longview. Pat, the main cook, is extremely consistent with her dishes but she is always able to tweak anything to your liking. The staff is wonderful as well. I was previously employed at Lil Thai House as a waitress and it was without a doubt the best job I have ever had in many, many ways. I Lil Thai House!!
I had previously rated Lil Thai House (5 stars of course) but I thought i'd add a bit more. When I lived in Longview I discovered and immediately fell in love with this awesome hole-in-the-wall. I moved away about 4 years ago but I always find myself back here when I am visiting. The most recent visit (last month) was exceptional. Always an amazing experience! Love the authentic homemade dishes, fresh ingredients and of course the Thai Tea and Coffee! They are busy and nothing is pre-made as far as I can tell so call ahead or settle in for culinary experience that is worth the wait!
