OFFICIALY LOST MY TRUST! My child had a cavity and Dr. Quynh Nguyen wanted to fix it right then. When she saw hesitation from us the parents she immediately got mad and kicked us out of the office! She did not explain to us the procedure at all and we did not know how they were going to fix the cavity so we were nervous. Instead of addressing those fears or trying to explain what she wanted to do she just got mad and kicked us out. My son has been going to Dr. Gillespie at Lil' Teeth for about 4 years now. I've always been satisfied and my son loves the dinosaur theme. I continue to be impressed by the practice!
Very unprofessional will reschedule you without your permission. They know my son has a crack tooth and they keep rescheduling me even after I told them I work for the government and can't answer my phone Monday - Friday. My job has a no phone policy. Would you like over 200 people that have your personal and health information to have their cell phone on them? I have to request my days off a month in advance this is the 3rd time I missed a day of work for my son dental appointment yet they don't bother to make sure it's oka... read more
