Honestly, the hairdresser here is the best there is with children who may have sensory issues. She is understanding, determined and can finish a proper haircut REALLY fast. My son is autistic and it would be impossible for him to get a haircut anywhere else. We are so grateful for their service. This place has awesome video games, really cool toys and ride on kids cars. A glamour section for the girls. Remember to bring cash

Edit: The response from the owner has made me rethink my rating. Disgusting customer service. I drive for over an hour away for this appointment because of the child friendly atmosphere. You've lost a client and I will be telling all the parents I know in the Burlington area to avoid this salon, as well. Previously: Originally 4 stars. They're great with kids and have tons of toys to keep them busy but we were 10 minutes late for our reservation (I called than saying we would be late, too) and they treated us like a walk in ... read more
Even if I have to drive 40 mins, this is the place for my son's haircut needs. Excellent service and a nice place to spend the time. Kind people.
