No impressed. Try to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone put me in hold without notice after I provide my insurance information. When I called back right away multiple times, the voicemail system said they were closed just after I spoke with someone in live few seconds ago. I don't want to think, I was rejected because I have HMO plan. There is not a secret, Dentist offices love$ PPO. I tried the on line booking without success again, because of my insurance? This place is very kid friendly. There are toys and iPads in the waiting area. It's so colorful and warm greeting. The kids were comfortable from the beginning. They have tv on the ceilings above the examination chairs which shows cartoons to distract or make them comfortable. I love this place. I traveled all the way from Brooklyn and I will bring them back in 6 months. 😊
Dr Fong is such a natural with kids, and he's patient with the parents. His staff is super friendly, and the place is spotless. My 3 year old went in to get 3 cavities filled. I was nervous for him, but it was the most pleasant experience. I asked my son if he had fun, and he said "yes!" I highly recommend you bring your kid(s) to him.
My kids enjoyed the experience with Dr Fong and its staff. The environment is super kid friendly. My kids look forward to come back and get the treats from the treasure chest. Way to go Dr Fong.
I went for the for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed. Everyone from beginning to end was great. What a wonderful atmosphere for kids. Would definitely recommend this dentist
