I had a very disappointing experience at Lil Nail Salon today. I’ve been here a few times before and decided to bring my 6-year-old daughter for a pedicure and polish. While the service itself was fine, the issue came at checkout. I was told tap pay wasn’t working, which was a problem since I don’t carry physical cards. My go to nail shop! Always fast and amazing care!
They absolutely do not listen to what you want. I told them I was trying to grow out my on nails now I’m stuck with paper thin nails and this crap they put on popping off.
