Second time I have been here. Came for pedicure and I knew I had to come back for nails. I felt welcome unlike some salons. Service is great. Will be back!!

After working four days in the heat, I decided to take myself for a relaxing pedicure and what I got was torture. The nail tech proceeded to tell me when I walked in that she had stayed up late the night before and was very tired. She was yawning and just looked overall sleepy. When she got to my nails on my toes, she cut me four times and pulled out some ingrown, but pulled out so deep from inside my toe. I went there with somebody and the lady who did my nails was super rude did not clearly do her job. Well, I had a bleeding thumb, but I ignored it because it happens. She did not use even one word and all she was doing is just pushing my hand when it was ready to go in the UV light she wants shock my hand Telling me that I should put my hand in UV light and then her accidentally touched my thumb and her body language the way she was shaking. Went for a pedicure yesterday. Had the spa pedicure. Was trying to find an email to leave a complaint. I have never had an issue with any of my toes. Never had a in grown in my life. After my pedicure yesterday I have 2 in grown red and swolen big toes and my middle toe is killing me. And started pussing... what the hell. She cut them so deep and in on the sides. I have never seen n toe butchered like that

I paid $70.00 in cash, and the nail job cost 58.80, and I told the lady that I needed some change twice. She looked at me, but flat out ignored me, and I just left because I was done telling her. Not going back again.
