I went there with somebody and the lady who did my nails was super rude did not clearly do her job. Well, I had a bleeding thumb, but I ignored it because it happens. Went for a pedicure yesterday. Had the spa pedicure. Was trying to find an email to leave a complaint. I have never had an issue with any of my toes. Never had a in grown in my life. After my pedicure yesterday I have 2 in grown red and swolen big toes and my middle toe is killing me. And started pussing... what the hell. She cut them so deep and in on the sides. I have never seen n toe butchered like that

I paid $70.00 in cash, and the nail job cost 58.80, and I told the lady that I needed some change twice. She looked at me, but flat out ignored me, and I just left because I was done telling her. Not going back again.

10 minutes late to starting my appointment even though I was 10 minutes early. My nails fell off 2 days after getting them and I didnt do anything to them. Worked on multiple clients at once. Very unsatisfied.
