Ivy gave me the cutest nails today and was so friendly and talented!!
Ivy was amazing here! I walked in with no appointment during the afternoon on a Saturday and she took me! I needed a full gel set asap for a wedding I’m in. I showed her a photo of a design and she delivered. Every step of the way she asked if the colour, shape, design, was good before continuing. Plus she was super personable and fast. Know that they use tips for gel and it’s an additional $5 per two nails for design. Would recommend to book with Ivy! See reference photo and then actual nails. I came and got a wax about a month ago. She used wax that was already hot and ready to go.. and used the same stick for each pass over. Missed a ton of hair and left my legs sticky and stuck with paper from the paper I was laying on. The waxing also took place in the "out of order" staff like room. Which, halfway through my wax, a staff member walked right in to chat and grab her personal belongings. My bad for expecting anything less from a mall wax job I guess. I was a regular customer here for years. After receiving services at this salon, I developed a plantar wart on my foot that I am still dealing with five years later. While I cannot prove where it came from, this experience raised serious concerns for me about hygiene and sanitation practices. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!
