I came and got a wax about a month ago. She used wax that was already hot and ready to go.. and used the same stick for each pass over. Missed a ton of hair and left my legs sticky and stuck with paper from the paper I was laying on. The waxing also took place in the "out of order" staff like room. Which, halfway through my wax, a staff member walked right in to chat and grab her personal belongings. My bad for expecting anything less from a mall wax job I guess. I was a regular customer here for years. After receiving services at this salon, I developed a plantar wart on my foot that I am still dealing with five years later. While I cannot prove where it came from, this experience raised serious concerns for me about hygiene and sanitation practices. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!
My favorite spot for manicure and pedicures. Always friendly and quality service.
Took a chance trusting the lady who attended to me to do my gel nails design well but she just did a basic thing and charged me more. Also, she didn’t really allow me to express myself, the rest of the staff were gossiping about customers in their language and I could hear them (thinking some customers won’t hear them because they weren’t speaking English). You’d pay so much and won’t receive what you expected to make you happy. Not satisfied with their service and won’t be returning.
Clean, uncrowded, was able to walk up and get an appt, great results on my shellac manicure
