We wanted to try authentic southern BBQ & this is the place to do it - great place run by delightful local family !
The food was delicious and reasonably priced! The owner sat down and talked with us and told us how he got started. Highly recommended!!!
My husband surprised me with a family deal tonight! Don't know what I liked best: the ribs, chicken, Brunswick stew, dressing, mac & cheese, or the sweet tea!!!! This is the best! Lil'Benny is a master of it all. ( I had the chicken salad in the past & it was good too). Oh, & I almost forgot. My grand daughter had the pulled pork sandwich & I just had to have a bite. She almost didn't get it back!
Excellent service and even better food. Loved that the owners make sure you feel at home. Will definitely be next time we are in Macon and will tell all my friends.
