As a whole I like this organization and what they aim to do. As an Aboriginal person with trust issues I found that I wasn’t fully met with the compassion and communication I would expect from a staff in the social services field. As a whole I like this organization and what they aim to do. Such an amazing place they ruined my relationship with my kids. Due to not actually fallowing there plans and being flaky woth everything Surely do not enjoy this place when I walk through the doors pretend to listen to you but they don't and they wonder why I don't go to events
My personal experience actually took place in a branch off of LMO called Kikekeylc; A Place of Belonging. I lived there for close to 4 years from Sept 2020 til recently. There was a number of times expensive belongings of mine went missing during times staff would conduct their mandatory “room checks”, and nothing would ever be done or taken seriously when mentioned to head staff.
