They have done nothing for my family at all. They have changed workers so many times and taken so long to do anything that I have missed out on a large part of my children's lives. It is upsetting when you spend your time working through what you believe is their plan, only to have another worker come in and start an entirely different process. As a whole I like this organization and what they aim to do. As an Aboriginal person with trust issues I found that I wasn’t fully met with the compassion and communication I would expect from a staff in the social services field. The communication and sensitivity towards individuals being served could be improved in both delivery of communication (maybe meet in person instead of over text message) and actually responding to individuals as well as doing what is said will be done. Such an amazing place they ruined my relationship with my kids. Due to not actually fallowing there plans and being flaky woth everything Surely do not enjoy this place when I walk through the doors pretend to listen to you but they don't and they wonder why I don't go to events
