From my initial contact with this restaurant through the end of our dining experience, this was top notch all the way across. Kindness and efficiency from the front of the house staff and food beyond compare from the kitchen Imagine, house made Spam or ducks hearts with cherries or a slab of pork belly so large you could use it like a pillow. But don't. Eating it is much better. Lihiliho crushed it. Mahalo nui loa for a great evening.
