I can't remember the last time I had a worst experience. The short, hairy chested manager got in my face and yelled at me. Decent food, but you seriously can't treat people like this.
If you came here for a "wow", I am sorry, it is not there. Food is not bad, service is average to poor. The same whole experience doesn't match the expectations. Let me tell you, the expectations were high, I had to make a reservation MONTH in advance. Unfortunately, it turned out to be another hype place. I won't be coming back, San Francisco has my better places (food and service).
I have eaten here about 10 times now. The food, drinks, and service are always wonderful. The bartenders are especially great. Bravo!
