Property Management issues The property management side of the company is unattentive and slightly lazy as well. For a month I've been dealing with noise issues at my residence. I gave the neighbor the benefit of the doubt for about 2 weeks (since there were never problems in the past), then called the property manager to report the problem. My opinion, not worth the hassle The property management division of Bollin Ligon Walker Realty is filled with perfectly nice people. However, you can really tell a great deal about the quality of a property management company when you have a problem with your rental property. I always had to call the office multiple times to get any maintenance issue resolved, and the quality of the work repairs was pathetic. just ok realtors Unfortunately, I have to say I was unimpressed with my experience with a Bollin Ligon Walker Realtor. I do not want to name names, but I just felt like I was not an important client to this company. The agent did not seem to go out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and looking back, I realize that he may not have been looking out for my best interest. I would recommend looking to other realtors for your home-buying experience.

Rent my house Although there were times that I feel a return call could have come to me sooner, I must say the over all experience with BLW was good. I do feel that I was being treated fairly and that all issues were settled for the good of both parties.I would recommend their services and would use them again

just my opinion Laine Ligon (Sr) is concerned only about getting the house SOLD and his commission. He does NOT work for the seller??s best interests, and will push to the hilt. Use somebody else.
