I contacted him through yelp message because he is yelp guaranteed. I asked Eljin to replace a simple alarm on the exit door. He was so expensive and I still accepted his to pay his rates. Worst communication, rescheduled two times without informing me so I explained to him that I just need him to keep his word about date and time, I am not even in rush but I have to coordinate things and he accepted.
