We have used Lightwave Services since moving to our home in 2020. We've hired them for the gamut of electrical work - installing level 2 charging for our electric vehicles, adding subpanels, installing drops for a dining room light and most recently, installing a whole home surge protection and arrestor. Each and every time, they do exceptional work with fair pricing. We generally work with Jim and he's communicative, friendly and super knowledgeable. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I’m disappointed. Work was satisfactory but additional and hidden charges soured me on the company. I’ll not work with them again, and I suggest you do not either. They will blindside you with additional charges. Beware.
Recently had two outdoor electrical outlets installed by Lightwave and we couldn’t be happier. Prices were great, technicians did exceptional work, and the work was completed quickly. Highly recommend them enough for your projects.
I recently had work done by Jim and Jeff from Lightwave Services. They replaced two ceiling fans on the second floor of my townhouse. An issue occured which required Jeff to return to my home and complete additional electrical work in order for the remotes to correctly operate. Both projects were completed efficiently and with attention to detail. Jim and Jeff were friendly, professional, and answered my questions.
