This company headed up by Donte, was so very prompt and kind. When we had to have the bed replaced they came right out that night and replaced it for us.... and Donte was sweet and funny... but most of all compassionate... he made a very difficult time a little easier...
I worked with dante this past week and this service was outstanding!!! They answered my call within seconds and was able to deliver my family oxygen in about an hour! Thank you so much, will be using again.
There's a reason why they have a 2.2 rating on Google reviews. This is a poor excuse for a company, especially because it's involved in medical supplies. You would figure they would be more organized and more caring about their patients. Every time you call, it seems like you're a bother. It's almost as if they don't want customers. My biggest complaint is in regard to the most incompetent individual that I have ever see. That person is the regional manager, Dante. The day before I got discharge the company came to hospital to give their information and the tank But then the day I left the tank was empty. The nurses are the ones that caught that They were able to give me one I have called 4 times for them to bring a new a nothing. Not even a call apologizing for the delay I told my nurse that is in charge of my case this. No care in the world for patients
