Amanda is extremely knowledgable, capable and effective. Her exercises really helped my back and shoulder pain-- but more than that, she taught me proper posture, that will help keep me in shape for years to come. She manages somehow to make the exercises fun; she is very motivational, and her encouragement goes a long way toward producing great results. I've been out of town for months, and have slacked off a bit on my exercises, so I plan to get back in touch with her for a booster when I return!
