They created the most beautiful engagment ring from me. I had a problem with the stone being loose and they tighted the setting and then cleaned it for me after coming out of the electric ring cleaning the stone was loose again. They immediatley corrected the problem but changing the head on my ring from a white gold four prong setting to a platinum four prong setting at no extra cost to me and the stone has not come losing in the 8 years that I had been wearing it. Reading all of the other reviews, and having had the pleasure of visiting Lights Jewelers and dealing with the Light family, I find it hard to believe that anyone would have anything bad to say about this business or the family. Lights does take pride in their unique jewelry, but they also take pride in their customer service. Ive never been treated poorly when visiting Lights Jewelers, in fact they make me feel like Im part of their family. I have 2 relatives who have had horrible experiences with this business. One bought his wifes engagement ring from Lights. Within 6 months, 2 diamonds had fallen out. Thankfully, the right was under warranty, so the store had to replace the stones, but they were not friendly about it. Another relative took a few rings she inherited from her stepmother to be inspected and to have the prongs reset. When she got them back, a diamond was missing from one ring. She took it back to the store and they made her pay to have the diamo... read more

They created the most beautiful wedding ring from my daughters great grandmothers diamond ring. It is the most beautiful one of a kind ring they will treasure forever. I would highly recommend Lights Jewelers for any jewelry need. Very trustworthy, authentic.
Love love love my new ring. Didnt really think I could afford a ring as nice as the one I bought from Lights. The owners were so nice to me and Im sure they could tell by my other jewelry that I couldnt afford just anything, but they treated me as if I could. Have stopped by many times just to check out the pretty jewelry and was always treated like I have a million dollars in my pocket. The quality of the jewelery is unbeatable and I would highly recommend everyone stop by and at least look.
