Lightning Termite and Pest Control has several features I'd like to point out. 1. They are efficient communicators. I received both an email and a written letter when it was time to make an appointment. 2. They offer flexibility. I was then given ample time to schedule an appointment and with their flexible scheduling I was able to pick a day and time which worked best for me. 3. They are prompt. We have been using Lightning Termite for approximately 15 years. They have always been very responsive and helpful. We recently had our 5 year booster applied. Kyle Price (the technician) was on time, professional and efficient. He was very pleasant and knowledgable. I appreciate the fact that they call to remind you of needed service. Excellent company and staff/workers.
