After seeing a home around the corner destroyed by lightning and seeing the smoke rise from another a mile away months later, we decided we'd be the first in our development to get a lightning protection system. They were great. Everything they said they do is excellent. I was very happy with them.
Prompt follow up to inquiry and request for a written quote. Met all verbal commitments. Know what they are doing. Easy to do business with.
Installation was timely and professional. They warrant their work and will pay any deductible for lightening damage within one year of installation. They will also come back and inspect your system any time after installation. However, I would have liked to have received paperwork after installation that I can give to my homeowner insurance provider in order to get a reduction in my rate.
