Seamus Donohue was a man who knew his subject - lightning. He came to our home quickly, and scheduled installation immediately after we made a decision. The men who came to do the installation were professional, careful and took time to make sure the results were as "invisible" as possible. We hope never to have a lightning strike again at our home, but as the weather patterns change, we fear that is more possible than in the past. They installed lightning rod at my home. After installation as they didn't seal the holes made on the exhaust pipe water leaks during rain and damage my home. When I contacted them about the issue they first didn't acknowledge the issue and try to blame it as a roofing issue which is ridiculous because i had a new roof more than a year ago and water leak happens just after the lightning rod installation. My roofer check and insulate the leak and asked me to call these guys to fix rest of the holes to prevent future leaks. Bu... read more
Jim for Donhohues Lightning Rods installed the lightning rod system in my home. When the work was done I was very happy as their installer came as per promised time, and perform the work. Before giving them the work Jim completely sold me their work ethics, quality, and service. There was a minor issue and his team took complete ownership of this issue and talked to me in detail. They provide a very good explanation to satisfy me. I am a happy customer.
