They made the car buying experience pleasant and worry free. I was given ample time to evaluate the cars condition and perform my test drive. I'm completely satisfied with the customer service they provided. Update 6/24 Owned the car a few months and I'm starting to find quite a bit of problems. Front bumper/hood had significant rock chips that rusted over. All glass has visible deep scratches marks. I would definitely advise taking the vehicle to a trusted mechanic for a pre-inspection before purchasing. Since I'm mechanically inclined and I was remote when i purchased this vehicle,I didn't do so. I had my wife buy it for me while on a work trip. I purchased an Escalade for $17,500 in December. 6wks later, engine failure on the highway. I pull the engine out myself and realized multiple (semi-critical) bolts and parts were missing or damaged.
