The workouts here are decent but overpriced. However, the reason I'm giving it 1-star is because they charged me a 20-class package and then subsequently fired the instructor that I had bought the package to workout with and then refused to refund me the package cost even though I had not used any of the classes.
Started as a client, loved it so much I applied to become a trainer. LightningFit is the future.
A one of a kind work out. What a great experience. Working out for 30 min doing this is the equivalent to 2 1/2 hours if you were to work out normally. Trainers are very good and listen well. If it’s too hard they will make you comfortable. All levels can try this type of fitness. Very clean too (covid safe)
