The supplies I ordered arrived. The fitting of the filters into the vent hood was a bit tight and there were some bends in the filter material (not the frames) that I straightened out, but overall it was good service. Thank you,

In a word, satisfactory. But only because, in this instance, "All's well that ends well". F4T5/BL 6-inch black light bulbs received in a thin plastic mailing pouch. Inside were two weak cardboard boxes encasing the fluorescent lamps, one of which had crushed edges and soiled smears marking the container. I grimaced when I first noticed it. I will never buy from this company again. They shipped a very heavy appliance in a flimsy cardboard box. The item arrived dented. Take this as a warning - DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they don't care enough about their products to even ship them properly.

Bad customer service! Don’t buy from Them I called in advanced to make sure ahead of time what will be the ETA for delivery They said 5 days!!!! I’m already in my 10th day and it didn’t arrive I called and they said it was shipped only a day ago and they don’t know why It was shipped after more days than it was suppose to arrive !!!! BUYER BEWARE when ordering from Lighting Supply in ********, **. I recently ordered clear glass decorative globe light bulbs from Lighting Supply. I was extremely bummed to discover that the voltage/wattage information was printed in a highly visible, very conspicuous place - right on the top of the bulb! All other light bulbs of this type that I've ever purchased or seen have had the voltage/wattage information printed where it can't be seen, around the base of the bulb.
