My department recently purchased class A uniforms from Lighthouse and I can't say enough good things about them. We were given the runaround by multiple other uniform companies only to be given a substandard product and terrible customer service. We gave Lighthouse a try because a number of neighboring departments use them. Our salesperson, Paige, was amazing. She helped us through the entire process and got my uniform to me within days of the order. They definitely have a customer for life.
Lighthouse uniforms are a great company to work with, they will do their best to get you what you need as quickly as they can. My last order was a little last minute only giving them about 10 days lead time for a chin strap and they were able to get it to me in time. Great people to work with.
I cannot say enough in praise of Lighthouse Uniform Company. I work on a TV series about Seattle Firefighters, Station 19, and Lighthouse is my go-to source for dress uniforms. Their customer service is unparalleled, their products are excellent, and they are so knowledgeable about everything having to do with the uniforms I order. TV production is often last minute, but Lighthouse has never failed me with a late afternoon order getting to Fedex in time. Wonderful company!!!!
Well it rare now a days to receive exceptional customer service. But that is what I got from Lighthouse Uniform. They were a pleasure to work with I recommend anyone that needs uniform clothing to give them a call or better yet stop by. Now I need White Dress Shoes. I will be stopping by.
Amazing customer service!! I ordered a pair of uniform slacks online. I rarely do this because I'm concerned about sizing. Sure enough, the sizing was vastly different than another uniform manufacturer and the pants did not fit. I was in a time crunch and needed a replacement pair of pants quickly. I drove to their store and 20 minutes later I drove away with a pair of hemmed uniform pants. The staff went out of their way to fit me and get the pants hemmed while I waited. Thank you Lighthouse Staff!!
