Nice customer service and guidance but the storage unit itself has way too many bugs inside which is disgusting. My boxes are covered in spider webs and there are dead bugs on top of them, we saw multiple spiders on the boxes when we were getting our stuff out and I have to wash all my clothes that was in there to make sure there’s no baby spiders because there’re lots of spider eggs on the boxes too.
