I stored here when I lived in STL and again on a shorter-term basis more recently. Bill, the owner is very friendly, personable, and comes across as very customer-oriented and reasonable. In dealing with his wife.... Well, she doesn't share Bill's positive qualities. This facility is different than others. You drop your unit at the entrance area and they park it somewhere on the lot for you. This is presented as a positive as there is no issue with a "neighbor" damaging your unit while trying to park. I had my 23' Four Winns stored here for 1 week, went to retrieve for weekend and found damage to boat. This boat had only 58 hours and was immaculate the day I dropped it off. Owner claimed, I had damaged. Do not store your boat or RV here, unless you take multiple pictures everytime you store it. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
