Great environment, and they have about every amenity for fitness that you can think of. An excellent gym for the whole family!

This really is a great fitness center! Not only is it one of the largest fitness centers in okc (which means less waiting on equipment) but it has everything you need and want in a fitness center: group fitness classes, pools, gym, basketball courts, large locker rooms, hot tubs, saunas, martial arts and swim lessons for kids and adults and they have done some recent renovating :) come check it out!
Been coming here for a few months now. Love the staff & the updates that have gone on are great!
