If you ever find yourself dealing with Scott Higgs (The owner of this company) do yourself a favor and find a different company. Upon arriving from a 1500 mile drive on the word that Scott would meet us in a timely manner at the house he had confirmed earlier this morning would be showing us, this poor soul appeared to be completely out of touch with reality.
