Working with Sheila and Lighthouse was actually very pleasant, until you leave them/break your contract. They fix issues quickly and promptly, and are always quick to get back to you regarding any issues that may arise. Unfortunately, this all gets overshadowed by the their exit process. I have not been more disappointed in a real estate rental company. We cleaned the place extremely well, was even complimented on it from the inspector, and patched most of the belmishes we created. lighthouse real estate is horrible never make business with them they are evicting a family with kids at one of there properties because they want to stand up for a old lady that's caused nothing but grief remind you I lived at these apartments before lighthouse real estate took over on them and I know the lady she's caused nothing but pain she's a piece of crap never go threw lighthouse real estate
RecommendedAlways SO accommodating. My AC went out on a Saturday night & someone was here Sunday morning first thing to fix it. No issues ever, seriously the best company I’ve rented from ever. ❤️
