Nickel and dime crew. Cynthia Niles claimed to be a solid business person and honest. Upon move out got nickeled and dimed for every cent of my deposit. They stole 1400 of my 1600 deposit. Scammers. Beware and search for someone else to rent from. Your deposit is not a security deposit it will be theirs to keep.
