This is the worst and the most incompetent property management company that I have dealt with. I have a condo at Arielle in Sarasota. This development is managed by Lighthouse. Lighthouse said, I had not paid a couple of quarterly fees. I and my bank sent and faxed them over 8 times documents that showed they received the payments. The funds were paid by direct deposit by my bank, Bank of America. Your squatters you evicted on hidden branch have trashed up neighborhood. All her shot is on someone else’s property. They have blocked our sewer drains with trash and wood. We will contact the city to get them involved now that your workers allowed her to try and save some of her property. Drainage is already an issue on this street. And it's raining! Your workers have not thrown anything in that dumpster. You guys are responsible for this shit show that WE AS A NEIGHBORHOOD HAVE PAID THE PRICE FOR!!!!
Do Not rent from them if you ever want your security deposit back. They expect rental payments and deposits to be paid promptly. My rent was never 1 day late. Yet I am STILL waiting for my deposit. Move out - Feb 28th 2020. It is now April 13th 2020. Property managers take advantage of residence who aren't aware that there are deadlines and time frames that they too must abide by. Lighthouse has been the bomb and a GOD send to me I can't begin to tell you how much especially Nicole and Mike they have really really served their purpose and not just sitting at a desk to make a paycheck I recommend anyone to this awesome company of people who care thank you thank you thank you
