This company rarely repairs anything. When they do, they wait until the next quarter to do the job.
They dont care about their tenants and are WAY overpriced for what you get. We had mold in our apartment and they didn't care. They were told that there was to much moisture in there and they did nothing. There was an issue with a dog and they blew me off numerous times and when we moved out we had to scrub all our outdoor stuff because said dog that was "Authorized" dedicated all over our stuff. I can spend all day telling you how horrible they are but will leave it at this.
