The Regency Apts Used to be a Very Nice Comfortable Safe Place to Stay but They have Started to Move A lot of BAD People In The Units Which makes it Very Uncomfortable and Unenjoyable to Live In. The GOOD Hardworking People Have All Started To Move Out and their filling the Units back up with Nightmare Tenants that Have Shootouts right outside the Units in the Parking Lot and it’s Very UNSAFE for the Other Tenants that live here.
Again I don't have any issues with lighthouse property management seriously anytime there is an issue they do their best to be out that day or at the very latest the day after I always give them four stars because if there is an issue you simply call them and they will do all they can to justify it
