As a resident just keep the property clean by mowing regularly and basic yard work gives you the satisfaction that hard work is rewarding. I just had the doors changed from a key to a pass code which is a better. It's more technology advanced where the added sense of security and appearance overall is much improved.
Great property management service to go through if you are looking for a new rental home. Alot to choose from and new places coming in all the time. Very easy onboarding/moving process thanks to there help with setting up all the bills. Had wifi in home before I even moved my stuff in thanks to them. This is the 2nd time I've leased through Lighthouse Property Management and have never had a bad experience or issue that they have not addressed in a timely manner. I own a home next to a property they managed. They are slum lords, only care about getting their rent on time. No care at all regarding their tenant behaviors or impact on neighbors. Their tenants sold drugs out of their home, damage was done to my property, ended up getting a trespass against their tenant and they were blind and non responsive.
