They will not return calls after leaving messages for three weeks. Calling during business hours goes straight to voicemail. At this point I don’t know if the company is still operational.
They don’t return calls. Very disorganized. Regular turnover of employees... like they last less than a month. Stay away.

I have only had positive experiences with Lighthouse. The service is reliable and my manager Meredith is responsive, polite and knowledgeable. I haven't had any issues with Lighthouse and I will continue to use them for property management. Edit 1/21/2020: Since I originally posted the review, our property manager changed three times which indicates high turnover, which indicates dissatisfaction within, which resulted in me being suspicious.
