My fiancé and I were vacationing in Deerfield and needed a gym to go to for a week. While some large corporate gyms wanted to charge us 70 for the month, this awesome hidden local gym have us a great deal!! I would definitely come back here!!
This is the best gym I've trained in so far. Staff is always polite and patrons are serious about training. Everyone goes out of there way to make you feel at home. I would recommend this place to anyone considering a place to train.

I can't say enough good things about brian and Lucy. They are truly dedicated to helping everyone at any level. It's a family gym, everyone knows your name. I love lpg so much.
A phenomenal gym with a great variety of apparatus; plenty of cardio equipment so there's no waiting. The proprietors Brian & Lucy are charming, friendly and well-informed. Their staff is superb.
A great place to work out. The classes are great with amazing instructors. Lucy and Brian are very welcoming and make you feel very special., they make you feel like family. This gym is my second home. I love this place.
