Dedicated to good training within a very quiet and semi-private location which has been established for some time which I have taken notice of from time to time and I do recommend the Complete Fitness Trainers. one of the only old school gyms left in South Florida, with your membership you get free Zumba classes Tuesdays and Thursdays and also free yoga classes Tuesdays and Thursdays family owned and operated, it's never too late to get started come on out and make a better version of you upgrade yourself!!!💪👍!!!
