I'm very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of empathy for a customer that paid a thousand dollars for a part that was not received. I did eventually receive the item but it came damaged. On September 23rd 2021 I placed an order over the phone for a Hustler mower bagging system from Lighthouse Motorsports and Marine in Rosemount MN. The part was item number 940817. Took my boat there to be tuned up and repaired and they did an excellent job! The service desk was great, the mechanics did a great job, the owner helped me personally by showing me the issues, and the price was reasonable. Excellent job!

I can't say enough positive things about Lighthouse. This place is awesome! They've been taking care of my boat for years. Always friendly and courteous interactions. Most recently, they've worked with me over a turbulent couple of years in making sure that my boat needs are taken care of. Always patient and understanding. Not your typical dealership experience. Fast and friendly service. They got my 2001 Pantera all ready and running great in the short time frame that I had before I was leaving for a trip. Kim and Luke were great! Turned on to them by one of their techs, Chris L. I will always take my slide there after this experience. Thank you to all!

I initially had gone in to get some oil for my sled and found all the staff to be extremely friendly, attentive, enjoying each other and the clients they served. I left with such a positive outlook that when I needed servicing done to my sled, I brought it back to Lighthouse. The level of service and knowledge is second to none. They found things that other local service providers didn't detect... Are reasonably priced..and bent over backwards to get the job done in a timely fashion.
