It's interesting to read all of the wonderful reviews and wonder if we were in the same place! The young lady who checked us in barely said anything to us. My husband went to ask for a couple of pillows and had to talk to 2 different people who seemed very distracted. We had a nice evening out and about. The next morning neither one of us could take a shower, there was no hot water!!! We washed up on the bathroom sink and one of the towels we opened up had brown, crusty stains on it!! We stayed here last summer searching for our perfect spot to say I do! Not only did we get a super comfy room, but the staff also told us about some very great places that are mesmerizing and would make for the perfect spot for our wedding! Needless to say this June we will be getting married right off the beach :) the staff is so friendly and they made us feel like family. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very cozy with a great price to go with it. We will definitely be staying there again :)
My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate our 15th anniversary. Jill and her crew do an amazing job! We were greeted with smiles and kind words, and were checked in quickly. Our room was cozy and tidy, it smelled super-clean, and there were lots of fresh towels. There is a 10pm quiet time curfew, and it was indeed very quiet at night. We were within walking distance to Stearns Park Beach and downtown Ludington, and that was amazing! Friendly, close, and affordable.
