My mother has been doing ultrasound every six months since June 2024. We have always had a very high evaluation of the receptionists, technicians and related services. But we are very dissatisfied with the technician who was responsible for doing ultrasound for my mother at 8:30 am on July 12, 2025. I once asked the receptionist what her name was. Staffs are so accommodating, especially Victoria. She was so patient taking my ultrasound even though my baby was not cooperative at that time. She tried her best so I won’t schedule another appointment and was there to check how I was feeling every time. 🙂
Very poor service. I have been trying to call them, but no one answered. So, I booked an appointment online. They called me afterward and said I would receive a confirmation message three days beforehand, and I needed to confirm my appointment. Guess what? I never received the message. Today my mom went to Lighthouse Medical Imaging at 4168 Finch Ave E for an ultrasound and was helped by an amazing doctor named Amy. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Amy treated my mom with so much care and respect, and made her feel very comfortable. My mom has lived in Canada for 20 years, and she said this is the first time she’s met such a thoughtful and caring doctor. We’re truly grateful — thank you, Amy!
