Could not fault the facility. Dr Werner Truter was amazing seeing my 4 month old promptly, and his care is wonderful. He later took the time to take my phone call as a concerned mother, and never made me feel dismissed or not heard as a worried mum. Port Macquarie is very lucky to have a Paediatrician like Dr Truter.
Dr Ben is very conscientious and caring. His bedside manner and medical knowledge are impeccable. The receptionists are also very friendly.
The reception staff were lovely. All doctors I've dealt with have been very knowledgable and friendly.

I went to see a doctor, Hari Shrestha, for the first time at Lighthouse Medical Centre. First of all, I was extremely impressed with being able to make an appointment for the next day. The receptionist was also nice. Dr. Hari was very thorough. He was polite, caring, understanding and informative. Had a great experience!
