I have used Lighthouse Mechanical for more than 10 years and would recommend. However, I would not consider this a 24 hour company that offers emergency service. I called the after normal hours at when the AC went out in August (hottest month) at 830pm. I was told the earliest I could receive service was at 12pm the next day. Let’s hope they don’t try to charge an emergency fee 😉

We came home from a 10 day vacation last week and no hot water. We had a Rinnai tankless gas water heater installed in March of last year. The installer, however, is not a Rinnai service pro. Lighthouse Mechanical is the only Rinnai Pro (in Hampton) listed on the website. I had called a couple other places that were listed but they couldn't come for days. I give Lighthouse mechanical a high five Tyler and his tech worker was excellent he's a team player very courteous and also the owner Tim i give him a high five and the staff also ..so if u need air-conditioner Lighthouse mechanical is your person!!!

Based on what I observed, customer satisfaction does not seem to be a top priority. The estimator appeared more focused on the financial side of the job than on helping customers. I heard comments suggesting that if customers weren't satisfied, they could simply take their business elsewhere, which is not the level of customer service I would expect from a company. The GM/estimator would say angrily, “We can’t make their problems our problems and they can go elsewhere” is what I heard multiple times. I’m sorry but if a long ... read more
