Amazing experience with Tim from start to finish. Even when I had just called asking about rates he was kind enough to inform me on some things to look out for with other home inspector. He was quick to respond and book, is available on weekends and had one of the lowest rates in our area. He showed up early, walked us through every step and was very patient with all our questions. Tim is fantastic, he was on site and done most of the work before we had showed up. He walked through the parts of the home we would use and see day to day and explained everything in detail. The report he gave at the end was worth every penny. It was in depth, explained how things functioned, explained why work should be done on something and it came with instructions on how to go about doing work on it as well. Before we even move in, we have a manual for our home thanks to Tim.
