People are really interested in their patients' care and comfort. I am sorry all the good staff went to Geiss Med Hospice.
My mom was under the care of the LHH team for about 3 months. Nurse Sarah, Bath Aid Nadine, Chaplain Sandy, Death Doula Misty, Tempe, and I know I am missing some were all the support that I had besides my husband during a very difficult time. These women are all amazing and actually care about their patients, the families, and understand at such a human level what it means to have a peaceful end of life experience. We used Lighthouse Hospice for our Mom in Jan 2024 and the entire staff were fantastic. Very compassionate, caring, friendly people. They were available for questions, 24/7,. We highly recommend their services for your loved one.
I cannot thank the team enough for caring for a recent patient of mine. I saw her husband the day prior to the death and he RAVED about the team and enjoyed the relationship between himself and the hospice team (Kudos to Joyce!). Not only did the team take excellent care of my valued patient, they called me as soon as she passed with condolences and sent me communication through her care with hospice so that I was fully aware of her status. My sincere thank you for walking her home for me.
