We expected at least decent and reasonable for full asking price We bought a used Mobile Home directly from Lighthouse Funding. They asked for full retail price of nicer newer mobile home. We agreed because we like the location and size. But the seller (Lighthouse) does not want to fix/replace what is obviously old appliances. Was like pulling teeth to get the leaky plumbing fixed.
