My experience was very poor, I had a 8:30 appointment and arrived at 8:35, there was some one talking to the front desk lady until 8:43, I then went up to let her know I was there, she asked me to have a seat and went to speak with the Doctor, she came back and asked the girl next to her to tell me it was too late I should have gotten there earlier, it was 8:45 by then, I'm keeping track.
