This office has cancel appointments on me in just the month of February alone 4 times. Not ethical or professional at all. But since I’ve been with them this past couple of years, they have canceled a total of 7 times on me. They’ll call a couple days before to cancel and some of my appointments were made in advance. I do like the service when I do get it, but not very well managed.
