They are unorganized, unprofessional & just plain pitiful! I called about 6 times for my childs medical records (diagnosis) and still haven't gotten it. First time she said ok I'll send it, second time she had forgotten I guess third time says I have to have your case workers permission, (so I immediately contact case worker, who immediately gives permission) next time she needed another reminder I guess, next time I call to remind with info, then were back to the "I cant release records without her permission."
