This place really used to have my utmost respect. However an incident happened at the center where two individuals had to be physically restrained from a physical altercation. I was one of the people helping break the altercation up and was even thanked by a counselor for making sure his wife was safe, I won't say any names Scott Beach, then turn around and find out that the same counselor wrote an incident report on me and got me discharged from the program. Good service.
I'm a Case Manager at a treatment facility. We refer clients often to this location but recently have stopped because of the admissions dept their lack of knowledge and Empathy for the peopl3 calling in. This time the same lady answered the phone and tells us to hold and then comes back and tells us that we need to go through the entire admissions process with the client even though this is a returning client. We called another location and the woman who answered was alot more pleasant then the one at Marysville and only ask... read more
Awful experience. Incompetent councilors, everyone that works here is rude. Total lack of communication and organization. Just an all around terrible place to be. I'd rather live in a gutter but probation is making me do this.
